Heard today one of Tupelo coaches was the front runner.

Isaac Smith is probably the best player in Ms. He did things this year that I haven’t seen in a long time.

Smithville Okolona Tupelo Starkville Two games I enjoyed this year.

Between beignets one more time with the wife and her griping about the weather at home. Just drove home.

Didn’t do it. But will another time. And both current and no longer used. Not a photographer just like to look.

Heading home from NOLA, thinking about taking a look at some old HS stadiums. Gonna look at Picayune Meridian and Laurel, anymore suggestions? I don’t mind a little off the path.

Asked a referee who calls a lot in NA. He said he heard Hammond may be in an academy next year.

3A Lance Mancuso - JDC Ryan Highdon - Raleigh Joey Thompkins - Winona Randall Montgomery - North Panola Brad Embry - Water Valley Think Brad Embry should be higher. He does a real good job.

All I know there is he is retired working part time.

Been around North Ms football and NA never has been thought of as a place you win. Bubba Davis didn’t. Ron Price went deep 1 year. Hill didn’t when. Stubblefield has had a couple 8 win yrs. As far as a Qb better have skill guys to go with it. And thinking they’ll be primed as Sophomores is a big ask.

Never heard anyone say that about New Albany. I know they were very small and young. Played several freshmen. Pontotoc is well coached and had very good defense beat NA by 1. In that division Houston is the underachiever. SEC players and finished 3rd Itawamba has very good size and arguably the best player in Ms next year. You got a burr under your saddle over NA. They’ve only had one deep playoff season in school history. That tells me genetics may be the issue.

Haven’t known many coaches that won, that were Yes Men. A lot of them could be a little strong headed!

2020 New Albany had some talent. This year, they weren’t close to the others. NA was very small especially when the RB went out. I also disagree about Shannon with Cook, yes they won more than Carter but never won enough for the amount of talent on the field.

Shannon has players every year.

Shannon is a major under achiever. I also would say Grenada.

Not even comparing them to the old, just don’t seem to have the same fire and energy.

I would also say South Panola as of recently!

Not so sure I agree with New Albany from the sheer fact of they don’t usually have the talent as other 4A programs. Maybe in 2020, had a big OL and big LBers. But ran into Louisville in 2nd round.

Pushed out old staff due to jealousy hired new staff based on the ability to fall in line and do what Principal wants. Which is just be a Tupelo High Society But Kisser!

Tupelo had more talent this year than they’ve had in years!!! But played lethargic and made a million mistakes.
