State Championships don’t mean good/great coaches. Sometimes the best coaches are those that get kids to play hard and with good technique but aren’t talented enough to win a ring. Because if you look at the state title games, all those teams had at least 1/2 great players some even more. Not all hs teams have that. To me the staff at Itawamba is an example of that.
