Louisville get either new albany or shannon in round 2. I say louisville wins that game and then sees clarksdale in round 3. how good is clarksdale? In the upper bracket, i think corinth, senatobia, iahs, kosy or rosa fort could make the north 4A final. 5 good teams there. seems like columbia is expected to win south 4A.

seems doubtful for Grenada at Ridgeland then. probably still a good game though. the winner then would go to south panola. the question in the other bracket then is can lake cormorant play with warren central at warren central in round 2. Oh i agree. Shannon and New Albany both thought they were destined to play Louisville in the north final this year and overlooked opponents and simply aren't as good as they were in their own minds. Both got out schemed a few times which has resulted in them both being right where they are, just waiting to see who goes to Louisville and ends the season in round 2. I mean it when i say it, all shannon has to do is run the dam ball and then run it some more. North pontotoc QB was the only ball carrier all night when they beat new albany and corinth just beat new albany with a solid ground attack with very very little air attack. Shannon will help new albany if they throw too much.

hatley at Myrtle is a pretty even matchup. neither will beat east webster in round 2. hamilton will beat strayhorn and then hamilton could be ahandfull for charleston in round 2. water valley will detroy walnut as will baldwyn to east union.

all shannon has to do is run the ball consistently to beat New Albany. New Albany hasn't seen a running game they could stop yet.

my best guess as you listed them Amory at New Albany greenwood at senatobia Tishomingo at IAHS rosa fort at kosy yazoo city at clarksdale houston at corinth ripley at louisville north pontotoc at shannon I will know late thursday night if I am correct on New Albany, Corinth and North Pontotoc. corinth can only finish 1st or 2nd. New Albany can finish anywhere from 1st to 3rd. North pontotoc can only finish 2nd or 3rd. Corint hosts New albany thursday and north pontotoc has already defeated new albany so it'll be a 3 way tie if new albany can beat corinth.
