Vice versa, do you think union scores 27 against Columbia? This game will be one of the best games in the state next week. I think Jdc is much better than where they started. I haven’t seen union play but from the looks of it, they like to control the clock so this game might be over before 9. It’s a toss up for sure

Won’t score that much, I love rivalry games. If they do play, it’ll be somewhere between a 30-12 game. I think if Brady was still there, it’ll be a lot closer

Seminary offense is young outside of their receivers, they finally got it clicking there. I expected that early in the season. Seminary defense is underrated, Raleigh won that game because of their defense. It depends on which Jdc show up. If they play like they did tonight, union will be in a dog fight

Scott central/Clarkdale is definitely a toss up. Heidelberg/Bay Springs south state would be a documentary

Can’t disagree, Quitman and Magee will be a close one. I think Magee defense is a little better. Raleigh beat them off of turnovers. Quitman doesn’t have the defense that Raleigh does. Jdc lost games that they should’ve won. They was up on Sumrall and Magee. They played Raleigh closer than what the score was. It’s 2 teams outside of Raleigh that I believe can make it to state and that’s seminary and West Marion

The competition in 2A is weaker than usual is what I meant and let’s be real, Harrison Central has been in the dumps for a few years and now and it’s looking like it’s gonna get worse. All I’m saying is, Heidelberg would be good but not dominate like they are now 10 years ago

Bassfield won state that year also. District play does and doesn’t matter as long as you make the playoffs for example: just two years ago mize beat Heidelberg but Heidelberg ended up going to state right? If you think that they’ll beat ‘14 fine but they’re not beating ‘12 that’s for sure. If the classifications were still at 6, 2A and 3A wouldn’t be so wide open. And as far as that being the first game, Heidelberg had the advantage even though they were on the road, Noxubee had to break in a new QB after 4 years and still put up 44. Heidelberg has a good football team but they remind me of that 2015 west Marion team. The only difference is, Heidelberg competition is weaker
