#4 is a helluva a athlete and fun to watch. We got plenty of options on this year's team for sure.

I like that we have already played Gautier 3 weeks ago. I don't think Gautier will light up the scoreboard in this game like they did in the last.

Plus the Tide plays well when the pressure is on.

Very intense football game tonight. West Jones has the best defense we have played this year.

Back to the game this Friday. Im curious if West Jones quarterback that got hurt a few games back will be back.

Bubba don't come in here with that. Us Picayune fans love our football team and coaches. We have been watching these boys since their peewee days. We had a off night Friday night on offense but we still won the game comfortably. We know what this team is capable of doing and for some of us fans to be a little concerned about our next playoff game is not a bad thing. If it happens and we lose this Friday night, I am super proud of our football team and coaches for a great season. Roll Tide Roll

Yeah I think we can. If it wouldn't have been for the bad pass interference calls the game wouldn't have been close as it was.

Back earlier in the season we were spreading the ball around to all our playmakers and when a team stacked the box we made them pay with a quick pass over the middle to #4. We kinda went one dimensional last game or just held back I don't know.

I don't know what to expect either. They better not try to just win with just running up the middle with 2, 6, and 41 because we will be sitting at the house next Friday.

I just hope our offense shows up this Friday because I think they took last Friday night off.

This will be a defensive battle.

East Central could knock off West Jones but I don't think it would be considered a upset.

East Central is a scrappy team. Not a lot of athletes but they will get after it for 4 quarters.

Im hoping Laurel wins so we can play Wayne County in the first round. I been following Wayne County all year and watched all there games on their YouTube channel and have much respect for them. Kinda want to see Hankins and company in person this year.

Laurel is capable of beating anyone. They have plenty of athletes on the field. There worst enemy this year has been themselves way too many penalties and costly mistakes. If they can play a game without shooting themselves in the feet they can play with anyone. Good luck to both teams.

The topic should have been Picayune's backfield vs top passer. Lol. Too me Davis and Dowdell splitting carries are a 2 headed monster both are just as good as the other.

I can assure you that Picayune isn't overlooking Gautier. We know all about your QB and offense and what they are capable of. We played him last year and the year before and he is a great QB. I feel like if Picayune's defense can shut the gator offense down enough and keep them on the sidelines we will control the game. I like the test we are going to get this Thursday night. Roll Tide

I think they will be fine. They probably could sit out next week against West Harrison if they needed it.
