haha no it doesnt. but i have sat down at all those games and watched. so i have some perspective at least.

i disagree. our defense is as good as anyones. they are majority sophs and took a while to gel, but they are physical, tackle well and they can cover. they create turnovers. last 3 games- against all good teams - they gave up 8 points a gsme.

i bitched last week, so i have to say this: good officiating crew last night.

hmmm...i am not sure if i am tracking, Slick - I do not know what gas station you are talking about. If you mean Stonewalls near the train tracks just off highway 11, then i don't know a Mexican place near it. It is either new and I have not seen it or maybe you are talking about El Mariachi a couple blocks away on 11. I do NOT recommend El Marriachi. I have ordered delivery from there a few times and it was not good. The last time I ate inside, a mouse jumped up ON the seat of my booth in broad daylight. smh you KNOW thats not a good sign of what is in back. I have eaten several times at Rio Grande between Home Depot and Walmart in that little shopping center there behind the car wash. I like that place fine. And they can bring you a decent (but not great) margarita. I have not tried the place Hightide is speaking of yet. I wish I could be more helpful, but to be honest when we go out to eat, we usually eat down on the coast someplace between OS and Gulfport with my family down there. I am not real big on Picayune dining options for the most part ha.

I know it has only been a month, but imho our defense has improved every week since we played you guys. it's like the lights finally clicked on for them. They have been playing well. hopefully we keep progressing, I know we will need to to get by Brookhaven.

yeah i would probably agree w gulfport and GC. i think that freshman qb at GC might surprise laurel. he might be one of the most talented freshman qbs ive seen in a while. seems to me the have put up a lot of points the past few weeks maybe he is coming into his own w a few games under his belt. Gautier has the potential to be a very good offense if their receivers hang onto the ball but they did not do so against us in tight man coverage.
