I really truly thought I would make this one. I was supposed to leave last night, I missed my flight. So I've pondered a 6hr 47min drive all morning. As much as I love Hattiesburg and the brown jug game I'm saving the drive for the south state championship game.

The state’s best runner vs. the state’s best passer!

Great football game for a Thursday night!! The difference in this Picayune team is they can pass the football when needed. Gautier got some brownie points for sure. My only issue goes back to the point of its hard to win football games without running the football. That element would have elevated OT play in my opinion. -

Whoever is doing the streaming on NFHS for Gautier vs. Picayune is HOORIBLE! -
Ok I apologize. I misinterpreted the post.

I'm more worried about Laurel catching Hattiesburg sleeping than anything. They caught Wayne County wildly sleeping a couple times and it kept them in the game. If Hattiesburg find that gas petal I don't expect for them to let off.

Dude you are coming off as a troll. I don't like it. You borderline maybe a bot, spam or whatever!

What you are feeling with injuries is what Hattiesburg was feeling last year and at the beginning of this season. I would comment further but I learned a few years ago when Hattiesburg played Pascagoula to not put to much information on this board becuase it was taken and ran with by one of their coaches and used to their advantage. -

If Hattiesburg loses so be it. But they haven't forgot. I just don't want anyone to get it twisted. These are the same two team from last year. But there is one big difference. I think we all know what that is. -

Ocean Springs vs. Gulfport for King ‘o da Coast (with apologies to Picayune)

I'm right along the lines with you. I think the offense sell itself. Defense not sure how much they have been truly tested. If ever a time to take the throne it's this year. The competition come playoffs is all big dogs. For the sake of coast football I think championship or nothing is the theme. -
No VIP treatment needed. And it's DEFINITELY not a rebirth. Come get in the stands and witness yourself the soured lost taste rivarly you previously spoke of.

If the game would have reset at halftime how confident would you feel? -
Oh man when we meet I hope I don't meet the imposter. That would suck.

I just think our run game is going to be better than West in that situation. Granted. I'm not bragging hard on Hattiesburg offense at all. If you want me to be honest, I'm disappointed. For weeks turnovers and pentalies have held the offense back from any momentem. But we have the pieces there. The passing game haven't even bloomed yet. Tristan Keyes will be a stud for Hattiesburg. Wade out for the season that's another element missing. With all that said I am extremely confident in Hattiesburg as a fan first and foremost.
