I have never had an interview in which players were part of the hiring process, and I would withdraw from consideration were it ever to occur.1 point

Heard thru the grapevine that the principal, both the boys & girls basketball coaches, as well as a couple of players were on the interview panel. If that's the case, that would be a huge red flag to an experienced coach coming in. But for a young coach that wants to build his resume, and then get out as fast as possible, still could be a decent job.0 points
