“Too many young coaches think they are ready to be a head coach. It used to be that coaches had to work their way up.” Some of the most legendary coaches in the state’s history were HCs with only a few years as an assistant to their credit. Bobby Hall, David Justice, Mac Barnes just to name a few. It’s ok for young coaches to be ambitious….. now complaining about older coaches on an Internet forum was a little ridiculous…1 point
