Arashatora
How does it make sense to have 3a which has 15 teams, be divided into districts with 6, 5, and 4 teams....
TheAnswer
Geographical outliers in 3A probably made it very difficult to district. 1 school in Louisiana, only 1 school south of I20, and 1 school east of I55.

The issue with that assumption is that it's not the reason. Indianola should clearly be in District 3, but they have people on the committee and got in the easiest district in 3a even though geographically they're literally sitting in District 3. Put them where they belong, in district 3, and put Winona in district 2. That makes the most sense geographically. TheAnswer
Definitely agree that Indianola’s headmaster and head football coach were whining not to be in the same district as a few other schools. Do what makes sense. Now other schools have to drive farther for district games because Indianola doesn’t want to get their butts kicked. ETA: Did not know you were referring to IA in your previous post. Edited October 26, 2022 by TheAnswer
