Dang, at this rate, I am gonna have to start paying you to be my personal editor. 😜

I am just asking for opinions. Do you have one here?

LOL

My take was I thought you were making a statement by asking two questions most people would have the same general consensus answer for, really.

My only opinion is the home team will give a valiant effort and let it fall where it may.

(i never have this problem getting hhs or jdc fans to pick their own team. actually i know for a fact west point fans think THEY will win this game.)

so we all know what #1 has done this season. outstanding.

who has been the most productive offensive player for the bulldogs this season other than him.

and how has special teams performed so far?

I'll bite on this one.  Last year the bulk of the offense revolved around TE Oscar Hampton and RB Dayan Bilbo.

The difference in this season's offense has been the emergence of two receivers - Asher Henley and Layton Eder.  Henley had two receiving TDs last week plus a TD pass.  Eder had a TD rush and TD catch.

Special Teams - Waltman has missed one PAT all season and is 1/1 on attempts.  A 27 yarder last week vs LB.

Henley punts for Vancleave but we rarely punt.  Less than 5 I recall all season.  Just checked.  4 punts totaling 89 yards with 2 downed inside 20.

that’s a nice write up. thanks!

i would say we have some similarities here. our passing game is playing a much bigger role this year. we have a lot of options.

our defense is stronger. if we stay healthy the sky is the limit with this group. so far no team has solved them. each opponent has scored 7 points total.

our kicker is accurate and has a strong leg. he’s not kicking off through the end zone but he is reaching it more and more.

last week we returned a punt for a td.

should be a good game to watch.

Thanks for posting about this.  I'm so technologically illiterate that I didn't even know about this.  Hey who knew?

Picayune has to clean up the penalties and should be fine. Dowdell is getting stronger and stronger every game.  Also can't say enough about Brady at Quarterback.  As a ye we playing Team football and we can get better. Just clean up the penalties which we will.

Hats off to you guys! Y’all might have the best team I’ve seen on a high school field top to bottom! Our boys gave it all they could! Good job guys!
