It is a little early for this, but this is a chance to see what class 1A has in store for week 1 the week of the 26th. There are some interesting matchups to kick the season off. From the sound of it, seems like every team has made positive changes to make their program better and are heading in the right direction. Everybody is working to dethrone Bay Springs as the defending champions while Bay Springs themselves looking to repeat as the champions. NEW YEAR! NEW TEAMS!! NEW LEADERSHIPS FOR SOME!!! NEW SEASON!!!! Games: Aberdeen at Okolona Ashland at Walnut Bay Springs at Raleigh Bluff City at H.W. Byers Charleston at West Tallahatchie Coffeeville at Bruce Ethel at Clarkdale Hamilton at Hatley Humphreys County at South Delta Leake County at Forest Leland at McEvans Magee at Taylorsville Mcadams at Sebastopol North Forrest at Mount Olive Noxapater at Nanih Waiya Potts Camp at Falkner Purvis at Lumberton Richton at Perry Central Salem at St. Andrews Smithville at Belmont St Patrick at Resurrection Strayhorn at Coldwater Tupelo Christian at North Pontotoc Vardaman at Myrtle West Bolivar at Greenville Christian West Lowndes at Biggersville Winona Christian at French Camp Bye Week: Enterprise- Lincoln, Simmons, I'm always rooting for McEvans (Shaw) first, a Bolivar County team second over any other team, a Delta team third over any other team, and then a 1A team over any other classifications. I'm okay with the hire. Hooker is a pretty good coach, he's always had South Delta in the mix.
