I think many years 2A is tougher than 3A and the 2A Champ is better and would beat the 3a Champ. Year before last Taylorsville the 2019 2a Champ destroyed Jeff Davis Co.; the 2019 3A Champ and I believe Taylorsville would have beaten Magee last year's 3A Champ and anyone else in 3a. The majority of 3A schools will have larger squads and most importantly bigger budgets and larger Coaching Staffs. The 1 or 2 elite teams in any level is not a real comparison it is the depth of the field. That is like saying the Acc is better then the SEC bc Clemson wins the Natty some years. The depth is what is important. 1 A south with Bay Springs and Tville and Lumberton and Resurrection and Mount Olive and Sebastopol Might be the most competitive and deep of all the divisions. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
