I think so today’s game makes it almost impossible to stop a team in four downs from the ten. I know it happens but the game has evolved so change the rule

Would work for larger schools who actually have a kicker.   not so much in the lower classes who simply just go for 2

How many overtime games do we have? A few every year. Put it at the 20 or 25 not the 35.

Nothing in OT starts at the 35. College starts at the 25yd line. High school starts at the 10yd line

If it were impossible then OT games from weeks ago would still be going on right now.  Score and get a stop or get a stop and go score.  That's the formula.  OT games are exciting for everyone involved but someone has to win.  Leave the rules alone.  Backing the ball up to the 20 or 25 would drag these games out even more.  OT should be about getting the game resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
