Rebel Bert Posted January 22 Share Posted January 22 State wide NIL bill. 1 $10,000 to the student signed by student and parent on contract. 2 Anything over that amount will be put into a trust until student turns 18 or graduates. 3 Over $10,000 must be reported to MHSAA with no administrative duties by MHSAA 4 All school employees can not be involved with giving out money, contract negotiation, etc, etc. 5 The money must come from a business person, car dealership, sewing factory, etc with consult of their lawyers(legal contract), etc. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
