I drove over to D-Ville the past couple days to watch em practice. I think Coach Dolan has a couple tricks up his sleeve for the Hounds.

I will admit when I was wrong. Coach Stog has changed my heart. However, I still think Natchez/ Hattiesburg is about evenly matched.

I think my Bearcats finally get it together this week. They got a lot of players going both ways and the temperature is dropping so maybe that will help. I know our head coach and OC will have us ready for them bulldogs. I think this is the week we turn the corner.

I’m afraid my prediction might come true my friend. 8 offensive points in 6 quarters of football (and 1 overtime).

I predict a multiple touchdown victory by Picayune. I think the Picayune ground and pound will be too much for 4A Poplarville. Coach Stogner will be in the GOAT conversation by the time his career is over. He's a heck of a competitor. I still remember him hitting a walk-off homerun against future major leaguer and serial burglar Peter Van Pope to win the South State baseball championship for Picayune in 2002 against Terry. I just hope that he's ready for my Bearcats come October 29th.

I think Hattiesburg goes 0-5 to start the season IMO.

I think 3 wins would be a good year for them this year.

Unfortunately I couldn't make it. But I do know that Long Beach is missing some key players. They are going to be very young too. I expect them to get that thing rolling after a game or two of maturing. They will surprise some folks I'm just telling you. Ross is a good coach with a really good OC. Just got to give them time.

My money would be on the Tartars.
