I was down on this team early in the year. Been out of pocket and under the weather for a while. Haven’t been able to post. But this team has a ton of resolve. If they take care of football believe it will be a fun night in Mize.

After the jamboree, Mize and Taylorsville did not impress me. Taylorsville looks better on defense, but this may come down to the team that makes the least amount of mistakes. Typical first game of the year stuff.

Anxious to see how the jamboree goes this week. Expect Taylorsville vs Scott Central to be good match up. Taylorsville has some cleaning up to do on offense, but they will shut down opposing offenses. Mize and NF is an even match up, NF will have more athletes, I’ll give them the edge. Raleigh will destroy North Forest.

Watched Mize last night at Meet The Bulldogs. Outside of #6 not much fire power. Taylorsville speed will overwhelm Mize. After this coming Friday’s jamborees I’ll make my prediction.

Mize should have won the last 2 out 3 state championships in 2A. Poor coaching resulted in 2nd round exits. Taylorsville knows how to win and win the big ones. Agee has those kids believing again. Going to be a lot of rumblings to start parting ways with this staff after week 1. I hope I’m wrong but change can be good.

Mize had all the talent in the world the last two years. Coach is a good guy but don’t have it. Taylorsville has a ton of talent that will expose Mize attempt to run the spread. #6 in the only player they got. Coach Agee will have the Tartars knocking on the door of another State Championship. I love Mize but it’s gonna be a long year.

Remnants of Francine passed through enterprise-Clarke. High speeds not of wind but in the form of Warren, Gray, and Garner. Lots of fight in Enterprise. Jimmerson does a great job. You should be proud EBF.

New to board, lifetime Mize fan. But Mize does not have the speed, nor are they physical enough to compete with a team like Enterprise- Clarke.
