  3. Maybe some people would like to see the accomplishments of these players; I'm proud of my team; you must be a Perry Central fan or are just jealous because your team isnt winning.
  4. You better enjoy it now; MIze wont be scoring any points next week.
  5. Enterprise 35 Perry Central 0 Halftime PC has punted six times and had six three-and-outs. Enterprise has over 300 total yards PC has negative yards. Every play the PC offensive player is either hit for no gain or tackled for a loss.
  6. Thanks for the gracious statement ,but Enterprise won't need any luck; Jimmerson has gotten better he doesn't lose games he shouldn't. Now he only loses when the other team is better.
  7. Yes Enterprise is a very good team which Mize will find out in a week. Yes I wanted Jimmerson fired because he wasnt doing a good job. Nothing wrong with a dissatisfied fan calling for the coach's job. I notice other people on here call for their coaches to be fired and they dont get villified like I do.
  8. Region 8 and region 7 are weaker than region 5; region has Morton, Union and Clarkdale as well as Enterprise. The bottom two teams are SE Lauderdale and Forest. Enterprise is very good now top 5 3a at least but the thing is we can get better. Its scary to think of how good Enterprise will be in October and November.
  9. Every year is different and its just plain stupid to say one football team wont beat another team.
  10. Why do you keep insisting Enterprise will ''struggle'' with Perry Central at home? Enterprise will blow PC out. Perry Central will be lucky to score, let alone threaten Enterprise. Enterprise is by far the better team. Thats like saying Madison Central will struggle with Murrah. We dont have to worry about PC; they're not a very good team.
  11. None of their other players are as good as Perkins. Enterprise defense is perfectly capable of stopping Raleigh. Enterprise defense is the truth. We held Lake to 68 total yards and that was gained after we pulled our starters. Scott Central couldnt run on us. Unlike SC Raleigh has no passing game no All World QB no tall fast WRs. Its going to be very hard for Raleigh to run on Enterprise.
  12. The Enterprise Bulldogs opened the 2022 football season with a dominating 31-0 victory over the homestanding Lake Hornets. EHS is now 1-0 on the young season. Both teams went three-and-out on their initial drives but on Enterprise's second drive the Bulldogs put together a five play 57 yard drive. Zee Sims capped the drive with a 36 yard TD run on a jet sweep; stiff arming a Lake defender at the ten yard line and getting a huge block from senior guard Jacob Lee. Trace Roy added the PAT giving EHS a 7-0 lead with 4:58 left in the first quarter. Enterprise held Lake to a three and out and forced a Hornet punt. The Bulldogs began another scoring drive. Bulldog senior RB Parks Burt took a handoff at the Lake 24 yard line appeared to score but was ruled down at the one yard line. Enterprise senior QB Cooper Gaylean scored on the next play on a keeper. Roy added the extra point and EHS lead 14-0 with 31 seconds left in the first frame. EHS quickly forced another Lake punt and took over at their own 30 yard line. Sims had a huge run to put EHS deep in Lake territory. It looked like the Bulldogs would score another TD but the Hornet defense stiffened, denying Enterprise a first down, and Roy came on to boot a 23 yard field goal to make the score 17-0 Enterprise with 5:17 left in the second stanza. EHS forced yet another Hornet punt and scored again on a 15 yard TD run by Burt. Roy added the PAT and EHS lead 24-0 with 2:38 left in the second; which would be the halftime score. Lake started the second half on offense but was forced to punt after three plays. Enterprise took over and drove to the LHS 34 yard line. A personal foul penalty on Enterprise pushed the Bulldogs back to the Hornet 49. Gaylean rolled out to pass and was under heavy pressure from Lake defenders but escaped the Lake pass rush and fired a 49 yard TD pass to Sims. Roy added the PAT to finish out the scoring. With the big lead coach JImmerson put the twos in. With less experienced players from Enterprise Lake began having more success on offense. In the fourth quarter Lake recovered a fumble by Enterprise and put together their most successful drive of the night deep into Bulldog territory but the second teamers stopped the Hornets on downs preserving the shoutout and ending the last hope of the Hornets getting on the scoreboard. Junior RB Zee Sims had a huge night accounting for nearly 200 total yards and two TDs. Cooper Gaylean also did well in his first start throwing one TD pass and scoring a TD. Parks Burt had Enterprise's other TD. Enterprise finished with 324 total yards while holding Lake to just 68 total yards. Enterprise hosts Perry Central Friday.
  13. Yeah well Perkins scored all 3 TDs; against Bay Springs; none of their other RBs are as good as Perkins.
  14. While everyone has Raleigh the 3a favorite conventional wisdom is often wrong. Enterprise has several advantages over Raleigh. Raleigh is a one man show. One advantage Enterprise has is that instead of just having one super player we have several good running backs and we are not a one man show. Another is our depth; Raleigh has 35 players; Enterprise has 55 players. Enterprise also has a far superior kicking game than Raleigh. In a close game Enterprise could kick a FG; Perkins is also Raleigh's kicker and not as good as ours; he certainly cant kick FGs. Our offensive and defensive lines are just as good or better than Raleigh's. In the games I watched Raleigh play last year if you can shut down or contain Perkins you can beat Raleigh. No football team is invincible or pre-ordained to win the 3a championship. Enterprise is fully capable of beating Raleigh which is something some people on here need to understand. Raleigh's going to be a tired possibly beat up team by late November and Enterprise has a lot more depth. We also have a lot of running backs who share the carries and not just one super back like Raleigh.
