It will be a big hire in my opinion. Someone who has been a college coach, likely usm or msu ties that is a defensive minded coach..Bilderback has alot of friends in the southern miss circle as well as the state. He will make sure they are left in good hands. I am not sure how he stayed this last year with his wife and kids living that far away. That is tough.1 point
