Caledonia boys have busted their butts for years - this senior group and they’re a great group of teammates. that said - Caledonia has never recorded a win at Pontotoc or for that matter against Pontotoc. Multiple games where the refs clearly had no idea of what was going on, clock running erroneously, horrible spots, missed calls everywhere. Choctaw County in particular is a joke. Face masks on tackles in the back field by the far side judge 30 yards downfield, horse collars on tackles where the guy literally has the ball carrier by the waist.... I know there is a shortage but there has to be at least a small amount of oversight, it's costing kid's and teams games and opportunities. I am aware of a regular season game this season where an official was the uncle of a player and a resident of a town and he was officiating the game. He did throw flags, all against the other team.
