Hello,

  Just an old retired Navy, MasterChief, 24+yrs. A chronic avid bass fishing type and youth baseball to college fan.

Managed and coached youth teams from 9-18 yr old and a two time 16-18 team state district winner two years running.  Umpired youth, pony, babe ruth leagues and military softball through state umpire association. Aligned myself with great baseball knowledgeable folks that helped me learn the sport throughly. This truly aided me to being a good, fair team manager. Thank you to all of them still. Heck, didn’t even have a son or nephew in the sport back then. Managed my stepson’s  team years later.

 High school ball players especially today desperately need help to get them through the little leagues into a new era or phase when they transition into high school sports
