Where does it go from here? The Junior class was exceptionally good in their younger years. But haven’t been developed as of late. A new AD, (Pascagoula Only) will he be another yes man or will he make moves to try and turn this program around. It should be time for a major change and whomever comes in should be allowed to pick assistants. Sims likely heads out to pasture at RCS, will he raid some talent like Sisson did?

Gilbert at best may be a good position’s coach. But he spent two stints as an OC in Goula and they were both terrible. Sisson tried him his last year and with Senquez Golson the offense was pathetic. Sims tried him again after Fant left and again terrible.

Its looking pretty bleak in Pascagoula, which is sad because there is a good bit of talent. Hate to say, but it has little to do with the jump to 6A, they weren't able to win the 5A games on the schedule and probably would have been dealt a blow by Moss Point as well. Hasn't been much consistent success with this program since Fant left as OC. Sims is a fancy talker but the kids aren't buying what he's selling anymore.
