While the leadership has gotten better over the years due to some Superintendent changes, you can only wonder how serious they are about football.
The pay for that job just isn't what it should be. If it were, Schoolar wouldn't have left. Word is they didn't even make an effort to counter.
Unless they decide to up the pay, they will always either promote from within or take a chance on a small school coach looking to move up. And with Schoolar, that worked out. Outside of Schoolar, Neshoba does not have a good history of hiring football coaches over the past 10-15 years.
