They have their selection but the hold up is for assistants!

Boone has Jones County and Wayne County ties in this. He also has kids that would be at Wayne County High school if hired..  His wife is a Wayne County native… I think he’s tired of chasing college jobs.. he really liked being at Southern Miss a few years ago when he was on Jay Hopson’s staff. 

I’d say Chris Boone is the dark horse in this!

Austin Davis is not in the hiring process at Wayne County anymore, 

Dan Brady has pulled out… he will remain at Stringer.
