Facilities are terrible, pay in the county system is terrible, lot of things have to change in Lauderdale co if they want their schools to be successful in football. West is a anomaly, because of community support. They also get a lot of athletes from meridian and Kemper county. Clarkdale and Enterprise have becoming the new suburbs of Meridian lot of people moving south. The City is done for, West, Clarkdale, and Enterprise will continue to grow. Looks to be an inside hire. The guy has been a HC prior but didn't fare well in the 2 years that he was a HC. There were interested HC's with proven records interested.
